• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products
• Customized or engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange

3. Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product passes the quality check
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (as preferred by the customer)
• Refunds are not applicable for used or damaged products, or requests beyond the return window

4. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

• Store jewellery in a dry, airtight box when not in use
• Avoid contact with perfumes, chemicals, or water
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use to maintain shine
